Drafted in Photoshop for an upcoming event for graduants from the School of Business & Accountancy, by Schzm. I wanted to keep it very simple, and somewhat typical since its just a teaser.

Result of messing in Illustrator late at night. I would say, I did this with the remaining inspiration that’s trying to replicate the look of asian propaganda posters. This is also one of many drafts to design a poster for an event that I am happy with.

Another one drawn for the assignment. This one has quite an interesting feature as its body is a shape of a dragon. Throughout the time I was painting this guy, I pictured to be really clumsy, but strong. And probably the mouth of the dragon spews fire, with steam purging through the eyes. Its head however, is grown from the back of the body and hangs right on top. It also looks heavily guarded. I’m thinking its made of metallic material.

I’ve probably been drawing this sorts of things on notebooks, worksheets, etc when I was younger, and it has been years since I’ve drawn one until now. One of the best character concepts that I’ve drawn for an assignment in school. This is so far, my first digital painting done in Photoshop, but hopefully not the last.
It resembles an alien with hard exoskeletons acting as armors. The thorax however is exposed, showing its ribcage that’s outside its skin, but all under it chest-piece. Armed with sharp hand extensions acting like claws, and walks on the point of its feet which probably sinks through surfaces it goes to.

Drawn on ArtRage and Illustrator as a logo for the a non-profitable startup organisation called “Feed The Need” which organised the local non-profitable event “Hit The Streets by Feed The Need” run by youths that happened on the 20th of April 2012.
I had the most fun yet designing this logo as it was more of a collaboration of ideas with my schoolmate, Kenneth.
Lion symbolises Singapore, typically a proud creature but depicted bowing down with a crown of wheat. Showing that even the proudest of creatures have the humility to feed the need.
